The Sun Prairie Media Center is pleased to be partnering with the Sun Prairie Area School District for a live broadcast of the 2024 Sun Prairie High School graduation ceremony, held this year at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Madison on Friday, June 7, 2024. The SPHS West ceremony will start at 5:00pm and the SPHS East ceremony will start at 7:30pm. A live broadcast of the 2024 Prairie Phoenix Academy graduation ceremony will take place on June 6 at 3:45pm.

By becoming a sponsor of the SPMC’s graduation ceremony broadcasts, your business will be part of the live telecasts, the live streams, and every single on demand view. Plus, your business’s support will be included on every purchased copy of the ceremonies (available on USB), sure to be a cherished keepsake for generations.

What You Receive with Your Sponsorship of the 2024 SPHS East and West High School and Prairie Phoenix Academy Graduations:

The Broadcast:

• SPMC will broadcast the respective ceremonies live on KSUN Now (Charter cable channel 983 and TDS cable channels 983/1983), online at sunprairiemediacenter.com, on our Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire channels, and on our SPMC mobile app. The ceremonies will re-air on KSUN several times during the summer and the ceremonies will be available to purchase on USB drive.

The Sponsorship:

• Your business name, logo, website information, and requested tagline will appear at the beginning and end of the graduation broadcasts.
• Your business name will appear in conjunction with other sponsors on “thank you” announcements between programming on KSUN Now, KSUN Life and KIDS4. These messages will air beginning no later than June 7 and will continue through September 1.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT *

• *SPMC staff has the final discretion upon the development, use or design of any acknowledgements used on any SPMC media outlet. In the event that goods and/or services are donated in lieu of monetary payment, SPMC reserves the right to make a final decision on the monetary value of said goods and/or services. **Loss of service due to strike, lockout, flood, fire or other causes beyond the control of Sun Prairie Media Center or omission of a reasonable nature or delay in commencing sponsorship shall not constitute a breach of this agreement, but in the event of such loss of service, sponsors shall be entitled to additional service or an extension of the term of service.
